Our Change Management courses are based on the guidance provided by Change Management Version 3 which was launched in March 2024. The updates provided by Version 3 reflect the evolving needs of the change management profession, providing learners with a focused curriculum that develops core change management skills. Recommended reading
Our courses are based on the Change Management Institute's (CMI) Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK), version 2, but you will not need a copy to take our courses.
An eBook entitled "The Change Management Study Guide" has been developed by APMG and is provided as part of our courses. The guide is a streamlined and concise resource, designed to cover everything included in the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner courses.

Our courses were developed by Geoff Rankins, our Lead Trainer and Instructional Designer. He has worked in change management for more than 30 years, and has been a Practitioner of this Change Management product since 2015 when it was first offered by APMG and the Change Management Institute. His systematic approach to courseware and eLearning development is recognised by many Accredited Training Organisations and fellow trainers globally. Our eLearning courses are based on our classroom courses, but the eLearning format allows us to add content to most sessions to increases the value and clarity of what is being covered.
