In a classroom setting, the Foundation course is delivered over 3 days and the Practitioner course over 2 days. If you are able to work through the onlne versions of the courses full time, you should be able to complete them in shorter timeframes.

You don't need the Study Guide to take the Foundation course, but you would find it useful.
You will need the Study Guide to take the Practitioner course and sample exam, and you are permitted to access it during the Practitioner exam.
